Meeting Point
- For private powder guiding, your guide will meet you directly at your hotel within Shiga Kogen. We can arrange private transport to the resort for a surcharge if you are staying outside Shiga Kogen. Please note it in the booking form.
- For group powder guiding, we meet at SnowCan Rental in Ichinose. See our Access Page for details. Guiding begins at your booked time. Please be ready 15 minutes early. Tours can’t be extended.
Lift Pass
- Not included in the powder tour price and can be purchased at the ticket office on the day. For a complete list of lift ticket options and prices, please refer to the official Shiga Kogen website.
Gear Rental
- Ski & Snowboard equipment can be rented at SnowCan Ichinose. Avalanche safety gear can be rented of Ride Shiga. Please mention in the booking form.
Insurance
- Insurance is not included in your booking. For comprehensive coverage, we suggest the Austrian Alpine Club Membership, which includes insurance for skiing, backcountry touring, and a variety of other outdoor activities worldwide.
