Service

1. Booking Changes and Cancellations

Bookings must be fully paid to confirm the reservation of the product or service. Unpaid bookings may be canceled to accommodate paid reservations. These provisions apply to all products and services unless specified as exempt.

a. Booking Changes:

Changes to bookings must be submitted in writing by the person who made the booking (or a parent/guardian for minors) and confirmed by email or in person at an official RSSS desk.

Changes made by an agent must follow the same process as above.

b. Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start:
1. 30% of the price for cancellations made 7 days to 48 hours prior.
2. 50% of the price for cancellations up to 11AM the day prior.
3. 100% of the price for cancellations after 11AM the day prior.
Changes or cancellations made on the day of the booking are treated as cancellations under the above conditions.

c. Product Activation:

No cancellations or changes are permitted after product activation (first use or service commencement). Exceptions may be made for medical reasons with a valid certificate, allowing credit or refund for future use.

d. Cancellation by RSSS:

RSSS may cancel products or services due to weather, low bookings, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, credit or refunds may be offered.

2. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must adhere to the Alpine Responsibility Code. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund or credit. Group and Private products/services provided by RSSS are non-transferable.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:

You may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only.
You may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material.
