Who We’re Looking For
We are always on the lookout for skilled instructors and guides who possess:
- Fluent English: Effective communication is crucial for delivering exceptional instruction to our diverse clientele.
- International Driving License: Ability to navigate the local terrain safely.
- Off-Piste Skills and Avalanche Knowledge: Ensuring safety is our top priority, and we value instructors who are well-prepared for all mountain conditions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with students and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Dual Instructors Preferred: While not required, the ability to teach both skiing and snowboarding is a definite advantage.
- Eligibility for Japanese Working Holiday or Sponsored Visas: Candidates must be eligible for either the Japanese Working Holiday visa or one of the sponsored visas. Sponsored visa requirements include being a member of one of the ski associations listed here or having a minimum of 36 months experience as an instructor.
